The Problem

Healthcare is Drowning in Data
But Starved of Instant Insight

The bottleneck isn't your clinical team — it's that decades of knowledge, protocols, and patient data are locked away, inaccessible in the moments that matter most.

Critical Information Buried in Paper & Silos

Patient histories, lab results, discharge summaries, and medication records are scattered across EMR systems, paper files, and departmental folders. Clinicians waste minutes per patient just searching — minutes that cost lives.

After-Hours Queries Go Unanswered

Patients call at 11 PM to ask about test results, appointment prep, or medication instructions. Duty staff are overwhelmed. Calls go unreturned. Patient experience suffers and avoidable re-admissions happen.

Doctors Spend Hours on Admin, Not Care

Consultants manually cross-reference drug interactions, re-read full patient files before each appointment, and write summaries by hand. Up to 40% of a clinician's day is administrative — AI can reclaim that time.

Diagnostic & Operational Data Left Untapped

Hospitals collect enormous volumes of scheduling data, slot utilisation rates, equipment usage, and patient flow patterns — but have no intelligent layer to surface insights. Revenue leaks silently every day.

The solution isn't more staff — it's an intelligent AI layer that knows your facility's data, speaks to every stakeholder in context, and is available every hour of every day.

What We Build

A Complete Private AI System
Built for Your Healthcare Facility

Not a generic chatbot. Not a SaaS subscription. A purpose-built AI system trained on your clinical data, deployed securely on your own infrastructure — end to end.

Clinical RAG Intelligence

An AI trained on your protocols, drug formularies, discharge guidelines, and clinical literature. Clinicians ask in plain language and get grounded, cited answers — not hallucinations.

Patient-Facing Support Portal

A conversational AI for patients — answering appointment prep questions, explaining procedures, providing discharge instructions, and triaging non-emergency queries 24/7.

Private AI on Your Infrastructure

The entire system runs on your own server. Patient data, clinical records, and hospital intelligence never leave your environment. No SaaS subscriptions. You own it.

Role-Based Clinical Access

Patients see appointment info. Doctors see full patient context and clinical flags. Admin staff see operational dashboards. All from one AI system with granular access control.

Medical Document Intelligence

Upload lab reports, imaging summaries, referral letters, consent forms, and discharge notes. The AI makes them instantly searchable and queryable by authorised staff.

Drug Interaction & Safety Flags

The AI cross-references new prescriptions against the patient's current medications and known allergies, surfacing interaction risks before they reach the dispensary.

Operational Analytics & Insights

Ask "What are our slot fill rates this week?" or "Which wards have the longest discharge delays?" and get instant, data-grounded operational intelligence.

Multilingual Patient Communication

Serve patients in Bangla, English, Arabic, or any language. The AI communicates natively, reducing miscommunication risk and improving compliance for diverse patient populations.

Real-World Use Cases

How Healthcare Teams Actually Use
This AI System Every Day

Real workflows — not hypothetical demos — that reduce admin burden, improve patient outcomes, and surface revenue-impacting insights automatically.

Patient Experience

Always-On Patient Support & Pre-Visit Guidance

A patient books an MRI, colonoscopy, or blood panel and immediately has questions — what to eat, what to bring, how long it takes. At 11 PM they can't reach anyone. With your healthcare AI, they ask and get instant, personalised answers based on their actual appointment and medical record.

Key Capabilities

Personalised prep instructions based on specific procedure and patient record

Real-time appointment confirmation, rescheduling, and reminders

Post-visit discharge instruction delivery in the patient's language

Triage of non-emergency queries so clinical staff focus on what matters

Solution Demonstration

Hello! I'm your hospital's patient support assistant. You can ask me about your appointments, procedures, test results, or medications. How can I help you today?
U
I have an MRI on Thursday. What can I eat tomorrow?
MRI Preparation — Pre-Scan Guidelines

Based on your scheduled abdominal/pelvic scan parameters:
Wednesday (Day Before): You can eat and drink normally. Please avoid exceptionally heavy or high-fat meals in the evening.
Thursday (Scan Day): Fast completely (no food, coffee, or liquids) for 4 hours prior to your appointment time.

Critical Safety Protocol:
Wear loose, comfortable clothing entirely free of metal zippers, snaps, buttons, or underwires.
Remove all jewelry, piercings, watches, and metallic accessories before entering the room.

Arrive at the Radiology & Imaging Suite (Level 1) by 7:30 AM Thursday. If you have requested sedation for claustrophobia, you must bring someone to drive you home.
U
I take Metformin every morning. Should I take it Thursday before I come in?
Medication Guidance — MRI Scan Day

Based on your medication record and our radiology pre-procedure contrast protocol:

⚠️ Metformin (1g) — Hold on Thursday morning. Do not take your dose before the scan. You will typically resume your normal schedule 48 hours post-procedure, following confirmation of normal kidney function.

Why: When intravenous contrast dye is used during an MRI, Metformin must be temporarily paused as a standard precaution to protect kidney clearance levels.

Other medications to check:
Blood pressure medications — generally continue to take these with a small sip of water during your fasting window.
Insulin or other diabetes management steps — verify adjustments with your doctor to match your 4-hour fasting period.

*This guidance is based on your current medication list on file. If anything has changed, please call the Imaging Department on ext. 3340 before Wednesday.*
U
I'm also anxious about sedation. What type will I receive and will I be conscious?
Sedation & Anxiety Management for Your MRI — What to Expect

MRI scanners generate loud knocking noises and confined spaces can cause anxiety. If anxiety or claustrophobia management has been pre-arranged for your appointment, here is the workflow:

💉 Medication used: Typically a mild oral sedative (such as Diazepam) or light IV sedation (Midazolam) to ease claustrophobia.

😌 What you'll experience:
You will remain awake and fully conscious throughout, but you will feel deeply relaxed and indifferent to the surroundings.
You will wear specialized headphones to dull the scanning noises and can speak directly to the technologist via intercom.
The scan sequence typically takes 20–40 minutes.

👩‍⚕️ Monitoring: The radiology team monitors you continuously via a window panel and an emergency call-bulb held in your hand.

If you're particularly anxious: Inform the technologist immediately when you arrive. They can walk you through the process step-by-step or adjust your pre-approved sedation interval. This is a very common reaction.

Is there anything else you'd like to know before Thursday?
U
My blood test results from last week are showing in the portal. Can you explain what my HbA1c of 7.8% means?
Your HbA1c Result — Plain Language Explanation

📊 Your result: 7.8% (tested 6 May)
📅 Previous result: 7.4% (tested 10 Feb) — this is an increase

What HbA1c measures:
HbA1c reflects your average blood sugar level over the past 2–3 months. It's the key marker for monitoring diabetes management.

Reference ranges:
| Range | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Below 5.7% | Normal |
| 5.7% – 6.4% | Pre-diabetes |
| 6.5% and above | Diabetes |
| Your target (on file): below 7.5% | Set by Dr. Ahmed |

⚠️ Your result of 7.8% is above your personal target. This doesn't require immediate action, but it does mean your blood sugar control has loosened slightly since February.

Common reasons for an increase: dietary changes, reduced physical activity, stress, illness, or medication timing.

📋 Next step: Your diabetes review with Dr. Ahmed is scheduled for 28 May. This result will be discussed then. If you're experiencing symptoms like increased thirst, fatigue, or frequent urination before that date, please contact the clinic.

*For clinical interpretation specific to your full health picture, please speak with your doctor.*
