Refund Policy

At OYEPA, we build permanent corporate assets, including custom retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures, standalone AI knowledge bases, and production-ready UX designs. Because our engineering is delivered directly to your internal systems, our refund architecture is governed strictly by the execution state of file handover.

1. Pre-Handover Development Mode Guarantee

While your project is actively in our development environment, you retain full evaluation rights. If you are not satisfied with the system performance, the RAG pipelines, the alignment metrics, or the UX interface designs at any stage during this development cycle, you are eligible for a 100% refund of your initial deposit.

This evaluation period remains valid up until final server migration scripts are executed, source files are extracted, or the completed custom assets are transferred into your control.

2. Post-Handover Source Finality

Once the actual underlying source code, custom configurations, database structures, model weights, or finalized high-fidelity UX design frameworks are explicitly handed over, deployed onto your servers, or transferred into your possession, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Unlike traditional software subscriptions, the proprietary assets and core code architectures delivered by OYEPA cannot be uninstalled, returned, or revoked once they are downloaded or deployed to your local or private cloud infrastructure.

3. Service Termination and Asset Deletion

Processing a pre-handover refund cancels the underlying software services agreement immediately. Upon issuing your 100% refund, all structural blueprints, custom data indexes, vector database layouts, and interface prototypes generated during development will be permanently purged from our sandboxes, and all pipeline allocations will be decommissioned.

4. Post-Deployment Structural Warranty

While transactions are absolute and final after source code handover, your system remains protected. Every completed deployment includes our standard 90-day comprehensive structural warranty. If any software breaks, unexpected hallucinations, or pipeline connection errors occur within this timeframe, our engineering team will resolve the code base at our expense to ensure the system executes precisely according to the initial technical specifications.
